This 3-lot, 3-story classic beach house was a ground up collaboration between the owners, architect, landscape designer and Tim Clarke Design. The natural strata outside is complemented by the design of each floor inside; dark blues on the lower level contrast with the sand; second story neutrals calm a vivid lawn; the upper floor’s sandy tones and pops of red juxtapose a blue sky. A pool on the mid-level has portholes that peer submarine-style into a lower level indoor shower room.
